This Notan design was a project for my VIST 105 class with an emphasis on space. I designed it in Adobe Illustrator before animating it in After Affects. The original project also included a traditional aspect utilizing cardstock and bristol paper. i wanted to utilize the requirements of a notan to my advantage in conveying a narrative, so I opted to make this design showcase the light and the dark from different perspectives. They are mirrors of each other, with delicate details in the center being reused and twisted to be more demonic in nature.
